The quarterly theme was "Takin' Control" with a team-focused contest that challenged 5 different internal teams to participate in areas outside of their normal day to day responsibilities.  The contest focused the teams on projects that make TSG a better place to work.  These areas included charity work, recruiting, knowledge sharing, and corporate publications.  The teams were divided randomly and were limited to the consultants with less than 4 years experience.  Winners will be chosen at the end of the quarter with the top prize being $1,000 flight coupons for every member of the winning team.  Judges are senior managers from TSG.

In preparation for the fall recruiting season, the teams were challenged with each creating their own YouTube Video to show off our culture to potential college and experienced hire recruits.  Results are posted below:

First Prize - "Technology Services Group and You" from SweTOR's TerminaTOR's

Grainy black and white video, leveraging an intern for the role of "Timmy", and Dave's hidden narrator talents made this the number one pick of the judges.After this expose we are all expecting Dave’s voice to show up in a professional advertisement or the radio sometime soon!

Second Prize Tie - "Welcome to TSG" from the BarbarIAN's

Samir is a natural ham, Chris (another intern) running over Sweta, and Tony going postal on an old laptop were big hits during the unveiling of this video.

Second Prize Tie - "TSG versus Big Consulting" from Brad to the Bone

In this video montage based on the Mac ads, Ben and Marc discuss different aspects of the TSG culture including everything from overtime to going out to lunch. Marc is another TSG consultant that surprised us with his hidden talents!

Third Prize Tie - "TSG Challenges You" from the Sheriff's of Shanaham

This film highlights activities such as Adopting a Cause, Making friends, and Playing foosball. An added plus is the dancing accountant!

Third Prize Tie - "TSG Presents" from Kelly Belly Flops

Reminiscent of the old silent movies, this clip is the story explains the necessity of electronic content management and how the TSG Active Wizard (also an open source product from TSG) can save the day!
